Well, its new enough.  It is new to me.  

It is a Schwinn World Sport.  I got it from a garage sale in Cleves, OH.  From what I can tell, it is a late 70's to mid 80's bike.  The bike was built by Giant in Taiwan. 

The bike is a bit tall for me so I have lowered the seat as far as possible and it works for me. 

So far, so good.  It is definately geared differently, much higher than the mountain bike I was riding.  The tires are 27 in and skinny.  This makes the gear ratio better to deal with and they make the bike much quicker and faster.  

Now I can't wait until I can get a new bike that's actually my size.  Later!
